Winlink is an amateur radio service and as such is bound by the
laws, practices and courtesies that apply to amateur radio communications. The
restrictions are not onerous but must be complied with for the sake of
protecting the integrity and credibility of the Winlink Development Team (WDT),
the SysOps and Users. Remember, thousands
of Users depend on Winlink as their only means for contact with the outside world.
